1. What we collect

When you sign up for AJENTI, we collect your business name, contact name, email, and phone number. Once you're using AJENTI, the platform stores the business data you enter — clients, invoices, products, staff accounts, and similar records — on your behalf.

2. How we use it

We use your signup details to set up your workspace, send login information, and contact you about your account or billing. Your business data within AJENTI is used only to provide the service to you — we don't sell it or use it for advertising.

3. Where it's stored

By default, your data is stored on our secure hosting infrastructure alongside other AJENTI customers, logically separated so no other customer can access it. If you'd prefer a fully separate deployment, ask us about a dedicated setup.

4. Who can see it

Only staff accounts you create within your own AJENTI workspace can access your business data. Our own team accesses customer data only when needed to provide support, at your request, or as required by law.

5. Payments

We do not store card details. Payment is arranged directly (Mobile Money, bank transfer, or cash) and reference details are recorded against your invoice for your own records.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data entirely, at any time — contact us and we'll action this within a reasonable time.

7. SMS & notifications

If you enable SMS notifications for your own customers (e.g. invoice reminders), those messages are sent via a third-party SMS gateway you configure — we don't read or use the content of those messages ourselves.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the latest version.
