Why annual billing?

One payment, one number to remember — no monthly card charges to track or forget about. Your price is locked in for the full year.

Can customers pay with Mobile Money?

Yes — MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, bank transfer, and cash are all supported for your own customers' invoices and POS sales.

Is this ready for RRA taxes?

For Rwanda-based businesses, yes — invoice numbers follow a strict per-year sequence the way EBM expects, and VAT is applied automatically once you're VAT-registered. Businesses outside Rwanda simply won't see RRA-specific fields.

What's the difference between the plans?

Freemium is free with limits on products and invoices. Gold removes those limits and adds suppliers, purchasing, and full reporting. Platinum is Gold plus an AI assistant, quoted directly since running costs vary.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time — it takes effect on your next billing year, no long-term contract required.

Where is my data stored?

On our secure servers by default, or your own private web address if you'd rather keep things fully separate. Any AI assistant features (Platinum) run on our own infrastructure too, never a third-party AI service.
