These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of AJENTI, a business-management platform operated by IngaboTech ("we", "us", "our"), based in Kigali, Rwanda. By creating an account or using AJENTI, you agree to these terms.
AJENTI provides client management, invoicing, point of sale, inventory, and related business tools, billed on an annual subscription basis per the modules you select at signup or afterward. A free trial period is offered as stated at signup; no payment is required to start a trial.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account, including that of any staff you add. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions are billed annually in advance, in RWF unless otherwise agreed, at the rate shown at signup or in your account settings. You may add or remove modules; changes take effect from your next billing year. We do not automatically charge a card — invoices are issued and payment is arranged directly with our team.
Data you enter into AJENTI (clients, invoices, products, and similar business records) belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it. You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You agree not to use AJENTI for unlawful purposes, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, or to resell access without our agreement.
We aim to keep AJENTI available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance that may cause downtime.
You may stop using AJENTI at any time. Contact us to close your account; outstanding invoices for the current billing year remain payable.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AJENTI after a change means you accept the updated terms.
